California’s AG Seeks Amendments to the Recently Adoped Consumer Privacy Protection Act

California AG sent letter to state legislature requesting changes to recently adopted California Consumer Privacy Protection Act.  Revisions to five areas were suggested for revision to reduce the operational burden on the AG’s office and fix an unconstitutional provision of the law.  Details of the suggested legislative changes are listed in the letter.
